Taking care of the talented.
Under the sign of the Sagittarian fate brought us together and destiny kept us together. Charles , the artist, me, myself, the believer, always in search of the miraculous, the most talented of our time.
Michael Ray Charles, an advocate of African American Art possesses the talent of making the invisible visible. His paintings are imperfect recalls of a distant memory, complex emotions are translated into virtuous imaginary.
His soul searching meditations on racial stereotypes lay bare the changing contours of race and racism in the contemporary United States of America and beyond.Based on the interaction of our senses and our cognitive memory we are able to produce our own personal story boards. The idea of losing one self or experiencing something seemingly impossible, that to me is, REAL ART.
Exclusive worldwide representation of Michael Ray Charles (born 1967 in Lafayette, Louisiana.)
